Returns & Refunds Policies

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Although shipping to the customer is free, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To get a refund on apparel, you must meet these return policy conditions, below:

1.We’ll gladly process a return from you within 5 business days of the date your package was delivered to you. Once your return has been accepted, refunds are processed back to your original method of payment 3-5 business days after your return package has arrived in our warehouse and has passed damage inspection.

2.To qualify for a return, item(s) must pass a damage inspection test – this means the item(s) must be in saleable condition, the item(s) must be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged and unworn, the item(s) must have their original tags. Items that do not pass the damage inspection test, will not be accepted for a return. Photographs of the returned item(s) and their damage will be taken.

3.We want all our customers to have a positive shopping experience, and we understand returns are important for our customers – however, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, or criminal acts – we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at mydressedit.com, and possibly take legal action.

4.Items not eligible for return: coffee & tea items, gift cards and customized/engraved items are all final sale. In addition, any items distinctly marked as “final sale” are also not eligible for a return. Due to hygienic reasons bodysuits, undergarments (panties, bralettes, etc.), all jewelry (including watches), glassware and face masks are also final sale.

5.If you want to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One 50% (BOGO50%) your refund amount for each item will be adjusted accordingly:

If you are returning both qualifying items in your BOGO50% order, you’ll receive a full refund for what you paid.

If you are returning one item and each item is priced differently, your refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced. When you purchase items as a BOGO50% offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.

Ex. If your items are $300 and $200, the discount will be $100 and will be spread proportionally across both items. The $300 item will be reduced by $60 and the $200 item will be reduced by $40. The ori ginal $300 item will result in a refund of $240 and the original $200 item will result in a refund of $160.

If you are returning one item and both items in your BOGO50% order are the same price then you’ll get refunded  50% offer you paid. 

Buy 2 Sale Items & Get 1 Sale Item Free promotion: a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you – unless all of the qualifying items are returned, then a full refund will be given.

If you want to return a discounted item(s) for 30% off, you will be refunded what you paid for the item after the 30% discount was applied.

6.If a mistake was made on our end where your delivered order contained defective item(s), then we will gladly begin/approve a return request.

1.How do I start a return/exchange?
You first need to request a return on the Request A Return page linked, here – where you will need to submit a return request form, and then momentarily be emailed  shipping and refund instructions.

2.How are my refunds credited back to me?
Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment 3-5 business days after your return package has arrived in our warehouse and has passed damage inspection.

3.How can I track my return?
Click on the “Track Your Return” button in your return confirmation email. You can also track your return in your My Account page, linked here, or the parcel tracking app, linked here.

4.Are returns and exchanges the same?
We treat returns and exchanges the same – meaning, in order to do an exchange, you must first request a return for your item, and then ship the item back to us. Next, after the return is accepted in our warehouse, your refund will be issued. You can do a new order for your new item (or the exchange) at anytime.

5.Are there re-stocking fees?
No, we do not charge customers a re-stocking fee.
