At this moment, we offer free standard shipping to Canada & The U.S only. This includes all Canadian provinces and territories, and all American states – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S territories. Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days to complete, with a 1-3 business day(s) handling time.

At times, it is possible to have two or more separate packages/parcel tracking numbers. 

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. and Canadian holidays.

If you complete an order, and then decide you want to cancel it, the order can successfully be cancelled only if it has not left one of our warehouses for shipping. If the package has left the warehouse, then you will need to wait until it has reached your destination, and then you can ship the package back – this will need to be done within the normal 7-day return policy – see Returns & Refunds Policy link here.
