These Website Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the federal Law of Canada, and jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) – any claim or cause of action relating to the use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to this legal system and this court. Any claims need to be filed within one (1) year, or be forever barred.
